Step 1. Unpack Your New Shower Enclosure

- Open the box and place each component separately on the bathroom floor.

- Turn off your water at the mains before attempting the installation.

- Make sure you have had the shower tray installed before installing the Shower enclosure.

- Before installation check that the shower area is dry and no moisture/water is present on the walls.

Step 2. Level, Mark and Fix Shower Enclosure Brackets

- The vertical upright brackets are used to hold the shower enclosure firmly in place over the shower tray. They are fixed to the wall using screws and then the enclosure frame is in turn screwed to each bracket..

- Add a line of silicone at the back of the shower enclosure bracket before fixing it to the wall.

- Give an allowance of 3mm from the inside of the shower tray.

- Make sure the bracket is vertically straight using the spirit level and drill the holes carefully to fix it in place.

- Do the same on the other side of the wall.

Step 3. Assemble Shower Enclosure Frame

- Take one side of the fixed panel, place it on a flat surface and slide in the bottom curved channel of the shower enclosure frame.

Caution : Take care of the edges of the glass panel as these are the most sensitive area of the shower enclosure.

- Once the glass has sat firmly on the bottom panel, fix in the top curved channel and secure the screws on the top and bottom panel to secure it. Do the same for the panel on the other side.

- Get someone to help you lift and hold the frame into place.

Step 4. – Move Shower Enclosure Frame Into Position

- Once in the required area, carefully move it onto the shower tray and slide the ends of the fixed upright panels into the vertical brackets.

- To make sure the bottom quadrant frame is sitting flat and level on the shower tray, visually inspect it. There should be no gap.

- Once it has gone into the bracket smoothly, lock it in with screws to firmly secure it.

- Make sure that your outside curved channel is parallel with your shower tray. If not unfasten the screws on the bottom side of one wall brackets only and adjust it. (Skip this step if you do not have a shower tray)

Step 5. – Prepare Sliding Shower Doors and Shower Door Rollers

- Add the rubber seals to the fixed glass panel sides. Make sure the flat part is on the inside. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Do the same for the other side.

- Put the handles on the sliding glass panel. The small handle will go on the inside and large one on the outside.

- Add the rubber seals to the sliding glass panel sides. Here make sure the flat part is on the outside. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Do the same for the other side.

- Install the rollers on the top and bottom of the sliding panel. Secure firmly. Lift the panel up and put the top rollers into the channel of the top curved frame.

- For the bottom rollers push them down lightly until they clip into the channel of the bottom curved frame.

- Add the rubber seals to the other side of the sliding panel.

Step 6. – Quality Check and Adjustments.

- Check that the doors are closing perfectly. if there is a gap at the top or bottom then adjust the rollers on on side to align them perfectly.

- Make sure the sliding roller stops are installed to where you want the panel to slide to.

Tip : Add silicone to all the areas where the fixed panels touch the tray and the walls on the OUTSIDE of the shower enclosure to create a water proof seal.

- Wait for the silicone to dry for 24 hours before using your new shower.
