How Much Will My Delivery Cost?

Delivery costs vary based on item size, weight and delivery address.

If your order contains various item sizes, only one delivery charge will be applied for the weight of the entire order.

Small Parcel Items - Bike

e.g. robe hook, spacers, towel rail, angle valve, one grout bag.

Medium Parcel Items - Bike

e.g. Tap, shower head, shower column, kitchen sink, one tile box

Medium Items - Pickup

e.g. boxes of tiles, toilets & basins. cabinet, shower enclosure

Large Items - Truck

e.g. Includes bathtubs, tile pallets, adhesive bags, big tiles.

What Does Delivery Cost For Online Orders?

Delivery cost is charged on the weight of the combined final order and the area of delivery.

Outlying areas: We will create a custom delivery quote based on your order and location. We shall update your cart with this custom delivery cost and email it to you to enable you to proceed to checkout and make payment.

How Can I Reserve Stock?

Reserve stock online, make payment and collect in-store: Buy online and we will process your order so that you can skip the queue and go straight to dispatch to collect your order from your closest CTM store.

We encourage all customers instore and online to collect their order from the store between 3-4 business days after payment is done and order processed.

CTM Delivery

What If I Ordered More Than What Is Available?

If you have ordered more than what is available at your local CTM than we shall source the remaining stock for you from the other closest CTM at a subsidized additional transport cost. Please note that inter branch transfers between our CTM stores can take between 1-2 weeks.

When Will l Get My Online Order?

Your order (if all is in stock) will normally be delivered to your door within 2-5 working days after payment is received and confirmed, you will be notified if there are any delays.

What If I Am In A Hurry?

Next day or same day delivery is available depending on the availability of the transporter and store closing time. However we recommend you place your order online to Click & Collect stocked items the same day at your local CTM. Please check individual items for stock availability and do not book plumbers or installers until you have all the goods in your possession in perfect condition. This is to avoid any unforeseen delays especially if the installer is ready to start work.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

Small Parcel items will be delivered to you via a rider parcel service. Small & medium items for intercity orders will be delivered by a 9am to 5pm national courier service. Large items are delivered on a pallet to ground level, you'll need to get assistance to take the items into your house. You will receive a telephone call to arrange a suitable delivery date.
