How To Pay Via Card

Credit or Debit Cards are one of the most popular ways to pay for your online order. There are different types of cards and several steps in the process depending on the security set by your bank or card provider.
Read through the below step by step guide we have put together to help you pay for your CTM online order securely and fast during checkout.
STEP 1: SELECT CARD ON THE Review & Payment SECTION
View all the payment types we have at checkout.
Select VISA & MasterCard
Click Place Order
STEP 2: ENTER CARD DETAILS
You will be redirected to the card processing portal where you will have to enter your card details.
The site is very secure and safe. All data you enter here is encrypted between your browser and the server.
Make sure you enter the correct details as per what is shown on your card, see below.
Once all the card information has been entered, click Pay
Note: If you are making the payment outside of Kenya, please call your bank to let them know that you will be making this transaction and to allow your card to be able to make online payments to Kenya.
Enter your card number, this is a SIXTEEN digit number on the front of your card.
Enter your card expiration MONTH and YEAR found below the card number.
Enter the CVV Number ("Card Verification Value") found on the back of your card, this is a 3 digit number.
STEP 3: ENTER THE OTP CODE
OTP means One Time Pass-code. This is an additional layer of security most banks and card providers give to customers to protect your card and identity.
The OTP is sent to your mobile or email address which was used when issued the card.
This code is very important and time sensitive. You will not be able to proceed without this one time pass-code.
Note: If you do not have access to the phone where the code was sent we recommend you either ask the person to share the code with you or use an alternative form of payment.
Once the code has been entered, click Submit
STEP 4: PAYMENT COMPLETE
The card payment portal will query this code with your bank and authorize the transaction. You will receive another SMS or email notifying you that the transaction was successful, and order is now complete.
You will be redirected to our order complete/success page.
Note: The process to verify the OTP with the bank is slow and usually takes a few minutes. We advise you to be patient and do not use the browser back button thinking the payment has stalled or there is an issue.
